It was perfect for what we needed. Because of the kids' additional exposure to blue light, I knew I had to get some of these. My 9 year old had migraines and headaches. and my teenager had a hard time sleeping. After we all started using them, it took my teen about 2 days to get regular sleep and about 4 days for my 9 year old's headaches and migraines to go away. GREAT! My husband and I use it to watch TV late at night and fall asleep right away. The only downside is that they are not very stylish. They're just cheap plain frames, but they come in fun colors. If we needed them all the time I would pay more for the style. But for the house and for the price. they work great!
