Good value for a variety of options. I prefer metal because they don't warp like some of my plastics. The only thing I didn't like, and it's a bit trivial, is that the plastic box is a bit wider than the springs and there's more room at the end so they slide past each other and get tangled up a bit. I just put them in a different container.
