I like the trimmer, but it's a bit heavy for an old guy like me. It works well, and the battery life is good. That's my feedback!

Works great for home use, large teeth trim bushes nicely. The cutting tip is handy for small pesky branches. Lasts a decent amount of time with the 4.0AH battery.

I got this hedge trimmer after carefully reading the reviews to make sure it would work for my situation, but it didn't. This is definitely the best hedge trimmer I've ever owned. With a full charged battery it will cut about two hours. For most, that's more than enough. It will even cut small branches from trees up to 1" diameter with no problems. I trimmed my Maple tree up nicely. When the battery is low it will still trim because the blades are very sharp. If you have more than 2 hours worth of work, I would recommend getting another battery. That said, this is an excellent product and I highly recommend it.

Makes trimming hedges so much easier. Don't have to drag a extension cord around . You'll trim hedges much more often That's my review.

The trimmer works well and is easy to handle. The battery life is very good and exceeds my expectations.One negative: Initial assembly was a challenge for me. The unit requires assembling a guard and a handle. Both of these jobs are very simple except for the nonstandard screws provided. I have a couple of dozen screwdrivers but found the handle required a "star" shape screwdriver head, which I happened to have. I never found a screwdriver that worked with the guard screws. I was skeptical to buy this as I didn't know if the battery would last long for me to complete a lot of hedges at one time. It will! and it comes with a fast charger. I've always used gas or electrical trimmers. Not anymore! This is a great product and I hope it will last a long time. If you are thinking twice about buying it, I recommend just doing it! You will not regret it.

This is a great hedge trimmer. I wanted a cordless device because I have so much ground to cover and didn't want to fight a 1000 feet of electrical cords or a fussy 2 stroke gas trimmer. This trimmer works well and doesn't go through battery power to fast but if you are worried about that, get the 4.0 amp hour battery instead of the 2.0 amp hour batteries and that should take care of any power issues.

Very sharp blades with good cutting width capability. The saw on the end worked well on a small sapling I had growing up in my flower bed. The way the saw works is by pushing a metal bar on the end against the object to be cut to stabilize the cutter. The problem is it gets hung on small branches you are trimming. I really wanted to like this tool. I had already purchased a string trimmer, brushless and LOVE it. I figured I could build on my Craftsman tools like I have with other brands and share batteries and chargers. NOPE. This was the 3rd tool I purchased since the wonderful string trimmer (weed Wacker) that was deemed a flop. Used as hedge trimmers/clippers this thing is great. It has a saw blade at the tip for larger ( larger than 1/8 inch that is) branches. Don't bother using it. Just get a bow saw or branch cutters. Other than that, 5 stars all the way.

Received my CRAFTSMAN V20* Cordless Hedge Trimmer timely, unboxed, the battery indicated one level of battery life, so before the first use I would need to get the battery fully charged per manual. I put the battery to the charger, I noticed it did not blink at all, don't even know if it is charring or not. I’ve always used an electric hedge trimmer and was tired of the cord. I have other craftsmen outdoor garden battery operated tools and I have been pleased with them. This was not an exception, the battery lasted exceptionally long and the trimmer it self did a great job cutting my boxwood hedge. Very pleased!

After using it for 2 months, I like it. The battery lasts long enough to get several jobs done. Light enough to use one hand when necessary. The only drawback I've seen is that when sweeping from right to left, the power saw feature often snags on the small branches which can be frustrating.

I got this hedge trimmer for my daughter and son in law and they absolutely like it a lot. Works great and no issues at all. Thanks for attention.

Money well spent, had some overgrown bushes and this made quick work of it. Wasn't sure what to expect from this trimmer but glad i bought it.
