Review on CRAFTSMAN V20* Cordless Hedge Trimmer: Cut Branches Effortlessly With 22-Inch CMCHTS820D1! by Toni Chapman

Received my CRAFTSMAN V20* Cordless Hedge Trimmer timely, unboxed, the battery indicated one level of battery life, so before the first use I would need to get the battery fully charged per manual. I put the battery to the charger, I noticed it did not blink at all, don't even know if it is charring or not. After charged 10 hours, the battery life still remains on level 1, it did not charge at all! Am I lucky enough to get the defected battery or charger? I will return it for sure if the manufacture did not contact me for exchanging the battery/charger. Disappointed!
