Not sure if it's really just an oil

I bought this hoping to Buying an oil product but found this scent lingers like perfume and dries like alcohol. I'm no expert, but something tells me this product isn't all oil. I use rose oil for my nightly facials and it just doesn't feel or smell the same. The smell is too strong and gives me a headache.
