Review on ๐Ÿ“บ FEELWORLD F5 5" DSLR On-Camera Field Monitor - Compact Full HD 1920x1080 IPS Video Peaking Focus Assist - 4K HDMI, 8.4V DC I/O - Includes Tilt Arm by Teri Cantu

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Decent monitor with poor quality components and no support

This could have been a four or maybe five star rating for the FEELWORLD F5 On Camera Field Monitor 5" DSLR if there weren't a few bigger ones Problems would have been..The monitor itself is decent. It's the perfect size for a DSLR or mirrorless camera. It comes with a mount.Although FEELWORLD does include an HDMI to micro HDMI cable with the camera's field monitor however it is of very poor quality. The cable literally fell apart after the second use leaving the connector stuck in the HDMI port on my camera. Removal required careful use of needle nose pliers. I thought about returning the monitor but didn't want a second one Poor quality cable and bought a better one from Revain which increased the effective cost of the monitor very bad. But to be honest I can use the color chart and adjust the colors via the monitor's menu. It wasn't the 5-inch DSLR On-Camera Field Monitor F5 that disappointed me the most. This is with FEELWORLD itself. The monitor has a 3.5mm audio jack. This is very important for me when recording videos as my camera doesn't have a headphone jack. However, the audio output from the monitor jack is very weak no matter what headphones I use. If I only partially plug in the audio jack, the volume from the jack gets much louder. It makes no sense. I contacted FEELWORLD technical support about the issue and never received a reply. If you're looking to sell a product, customer service is just as important as the product itself. FEELWORLD doesn't seem to be aware of this and so I had to downgrade my rating from four or five stars to two stars because of these issues.
