Review on Roux Maison Delicate Laundry Detergent by Patrice Lippmann

I was looking for a non-toxic, non-chemical detergent that would give clothes a light scent after washing. I was a bit surprised that it was $20 for a bottle of shower gel. (My bottle of shampoo is bigger but cheaper). It was runny, as runny as water (not even milk) and not at all like laundry detergent! He asks you to use two lids. The caps are smaller than a shampoo bottle cap or even smaller than a Woollight cap. I used 2 scoops (about 1 standard teaspoon) or 6-10 times more than recommended. I couldn't tell my clothes were washed and I didn't smell of them either. Given the price, the amount used, and the small difference, I wonder how they even thought they had detergent. It's not one and they have to start over. I use Charlie's Soap Suds which is clean, smells clean and is firm.
