This product arrived on time in excellent condition and normally works perfectly.

. I have only one problem. When I restart my computer, I sometimes get the message "The power source cannot be determined. The battery may not charge. Only use genuine Dell accessories." But it is a genuine Dell accessory recommended for my Dell laptop and despite the message it still works and charges my battery with no issues.
