I've seen a lot of reviews berating this product for poor quality and volume - it's actually not that hard to download the connect app the box tells Try downloading and changing the connection setting to prioritize sound quality again. At this point they sound pretty good for what they are. Lighter in bass but I'd rather have a balanced/neutral sound than muddy which is why I didn't buy a pair of Sony Xtra Bass wireless headphones. There are no problems with the volume, 2-3 clicks on the right earphone increase the sound. I wasn't at maximum volume yet and was completely satisfied. They're sleek, stay in your ears, and it's great that you don't have to worry about water damage.
