If it doesnt stretch dont wear
The items are thin not thick. It doesnt stretch and when you wear it it's a little tight.It's good for kids but not grown ups

- They absorb well but they do slide up and I had to keep sliding them back down over my forehead.
Cons
- Great headbands. Have washed them several times. But they are a little tight for a guy
