A truly excellent product for capturing fine details! Note that this is not suitable for hard clays like Sculpey etc as the over flex can cause distortion if you try to pack in a hard material. However, it works great with liquid clay as you can bake directly into the mold. If you are using soft, air-dried clay please remember that you will need to add extra drying days as the evaporating surfaces are the only ones left directly exposed to the air. Measuring materials incorrectly will give you a sticky result, so it really pays to invest in a small digital scale that measures fractions of a gram. Wear gloves and only mix in containers you consider disposable and ensure good ventilation while mixing as it has a strong odor until fully cured. In order to avoid the formation of air bubbles in the finished form, it is very useful to slightly vibrate the bottom before pouring, and also after pouring the product to pierce the bubbles that come to the surface with a needle. Please note that this is a non-platinum cured silicone and is not intended for skin contact. Happy sculpting!
