First off, I've had this water bottle since August and I've been dropping things A LOT. The first week I accidentally dropped my water bottle. It hit the sidewalk hard and rolled under my car. I thought it was a goner. However, there are only a few small scratches that are hardly noticeable! Unfortunately, after the 50th drop, the cap on my hapless water bottle broke (although there are still no major scratches or cracks on the bottle itself). I highly recommend this water bottle for the following reason. Pros: - VERY durable - no leaks (even after a few drops) - survived the dishwasher perfectly (no scratches or scuffs) - carrying handle is useful and perfect length (just throw it in the dishwasher or just take it off) - cute and helps me to watch your water intake - infused water strainer (works well with ALL fruits, tea bags, etc.) - doesn't say "12 o'clock" in the morning like some doCons: - doesn't keep water cold for long and sweats (but again material isn't specifically designed for that ) - ALWAYS watch out for mold growth. Although it is very easy to wash!
