One star deducted because, as everyone said, how can you NOT attach a lousy piece of paper with instructions! Of course there is a diagram on Revain, but that shouldn't be the place for people to try and figure it out from a picture, read everyone's reviews, etc. to figure out how to put it together. I used a rubber mallet when assembling and adjusted the tiny internal notches (the ridges on the outside of the tubes show where they are), but I can see people just starting to assemble tubes without noticing this small detail , will be very frustrated at how heavy. consists in assembling the tubes (if the grooves are not aligned). The LOOP side of the wires run along the corner edges of the frame (until the corners of the frame are fully connected) and then slide the ends of the TOGGLE through the holes on the suction cups as if you were threading a needle (for larger suction cups) . I hope this helps someone. The fabric rug looks quite gaudy and doesn't quite fit so I think I'll use the one with it as a pattern to sew the best one, but for the price it's still a very good deal if you take your time and making sure these notches line up. and wire loops are attached before completing the corners of the frame. :-) UPDATE: Well my cats haven't been able to use this yet because I didn't have suction cups yet! It's cold outside (snow on the ground) so my window pane isn't exactly warm so I'm considering sending it back. :-( The suction cups feel too stiff and not very flexible like other suction cups I've used in the past. Maybe a bad batch of silicone?
