I'm a long distance runner and I use KT tape a lot. I prefer KT Tape Extreme and Rock Tape Extra Sticky. This professional Wodfitters tape is very good. It holds up despite sweat and water and retains its tension. I always put the band on just before my run and take it off when I'm done (maybe 2-6 hours of active running) so I can't guarantee it will last a few days. God, that sounds horrible, but to each his own. The tape comes in a zipped pouch that fits two rolls and each roll is sealed. The rolls are also not in a plastic case, but in a reusable bag. I posted a short video. The red color is pure bright vibrant RED and I love it! In general, this tape is of high quality and competes with KT and Rock. I recommend it with one big caveat - it leaves a lot of sticky residue that isn't that easy to remove. It's like a "necessary" CT tape. If you've dreamed of a piece of tape that stays in place but ironically can never be removed, this is it! I wash with soap and it's still there. I apply moisturizer and after a few hours my skin is sticky again where the tape was. It's only when I use a coconut oil based moisturizer and apply it to the area where the tape was that the sticky effect goes away completely. That's the weirdest thing.
