If you are considering a Sunbeam heated duvet, I would choose the Sunbeam Velvet Plush Heated Duvet over this model. This blanket has a fabric that is not very soft and you can feel the heating elements. With the Velvet Plush model, the fabric is very, very soft and you won't feel the heating elements. If all models are charged despite the 5 year guarantee, Sunbeam will charge a shipping fee to their warehouse and may not be able to repair the duvet or send you a duvet in a different color. Read the guarantee carefully.
