Looks good, takes up quite a bit of space

Can't speak of waterproof or extreme cold yet, but in my experience a comfortable and good looking jacket, able to cross the line between Casual wear and sporty "outerwear". One annoyance is that the collar doesn't open all the way and often scratches my chin when I turn around. I've tried folding it into the collar so it sits flat like a lapel, but it doesn't stay completely flat and always rises over time. My main criticism is the size. In my opinion, that's quite a lot for those used to many other, thinner brands. I'm 5'9, 165 lbs, athletic build. I usually wear a medium-sized t-shirt, and while I don't wear ultra-skinny skinny jeans, I prefer clothes that don't dangle down on me like a kid digging through dad's closet. Target's Mossimo sport shirts, for example, fit me perfectly, with no extra fabric on the arms or chest (but not too tight), and hang around the waist and stomach. After some thought and looking at other reviews where the exact sizing was given, I ordered this jacket in size Small, not Medium and definitely made the right choice. I still have plenty of room in my stomach and some in my chest, but the arms and overall proportions worked well for what I was looking for. I'm sure I would swim in the area.
