I bought this printer a few weeks ago and I have to say I'm thrilled. Delivery was quick and arrived on time. I have years of experience with SLS and FDM printers, but I have no technical knowledge of the inner workings. I had two FDM printers on my desktop and they did their job well. I decided it was time to buy one for my home. I looked at many printers and many reviews. I think I once put 3-4 different ones in my cart just to take a step back and read all the reviews and features again. I kept going to Bibo and looked for reviews on every website I could find. Why not? Also, too many positive reviews have been written about this printer and support. I installed it in a relatively short amount of time, and probably the hardest part was removing the paper from the red plexiglass cover. Plugged it in, followed the instructions, and the test print worked the first time. The included SD card contains a lot of information and is very useful. I ran into a few issues and I would say some of them were due to not having more control over the printer's functions. Be patient, it will work for you. I have to say one thing, the customer support is by far the best I've ever experienced when it comes to 3D printers and even other products I own. After the purchase I received an email welcoming me to the Bibo family before I even had a printer. Any small issue/question/issue was dealt with and resolved quickly. I've used email and response times are always predictable. Keep in mind that support is based in China and is 13-14 hours in advance (I'm CST) so plan accordingly. I typically send emails after 7pm CST and get replies within an hour. I get answers to answers :-) So far I've only experimented with PLA until I got used to the block and settings. I use Cura (which comes with the printer) and Simplify3D slicer which I have never used before. I'm also looking for dual extruders and print 2 colors. This is an AWESOME feature I would consider. Overall I think this is the right choice for me and I love it! Great job, Bibo! Pros: 1. The prints are fantastic, especially for the price of the printer2. Customer service is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and responsive (5 stars)3. double extruder4. Laser engraver5. You can fix almost anything on this printer with or without Bibo6 support. Heated bed7. Did I mention support? Cons: 1. Not exactly what comes to mind at the moment. If I mention it, they'll probably fix it soon. The details on the photos were printed with PLA with a layer height of 0.15 mm. heh In fact, the file settings provided by Bibo are used! Of course, you have full control to experiment yourself. That is so cool. I'm thinking of getting one for my desk at work! Tim
