It only lasted a day

Fragile construction, the forward gear switch worked for several hours, I opened the pin and saw that the micro switch was only held by two soldering points, now it is disconnected from the PCB , very disappointed with the durability of the pen.

False advertising

Terrible company. The item says you will receive a template book, thread and instructions. I literally only have one pen. So I contacted Revain support and they assured me I would get a replacement with all the items. It arrived today and again just a pen. this is false advertising

Cool toy broke on first use

It was fun to use while it lasted but broke on first use. I guess I'm clumsy, I accidentally hit the button to cancel stuff and couldn't figure out how to stop it. It came out so quickly that the top part detached (it got back up) and the wires powering the handle became disconnected. I don't have the tools or skills (or a friend with the tools and skills) to fix this, but I suppose it's a quick and easy fix as it looks like it needs to be reconnected.
