Good value for money paid.

First PETG filament I tried and results when dialed in are amazing. Used for several figurine models and vase mode models as well. The bigger the better for me. Small prints just do not work well with the amount of oozing that PETG provides. Most likely an issue with me and dialing in as many settings as possible. Granted issues are generally with first several layers. After that most of the prints, with regards to small parts come out just fine.

Pros
  • The filament has a high melting point, allowing it to withstand high temperatures without deformity
Cons
  • The filament may be prone to tangling, making it difficult to use

Prints well and the price is great

This PETG prints like a champ on my Enders. Both printers have a bed with PET so the question adhesion is stellar as long as I clean with alcohol between prints.I've noticed this prints well at lower temperatures for PETG. I've often printed at 220C with no issues. The Green is very vibrant and is well suited for decor or items you want to catch the eye. Obviously the PETG is stronger than PLA so I've been using for parts like bulkheads and nuts. You can see a shift in translucence and luster as…

Pros
  • The filament has a wide temperature range, which allows for printing on a variety of surfaces and objects
Cons
  • The filament may not adhere well to certain materials, limiting its use in 3D printing projects

A bit tricky, but awesome looking PTEG.

Awesome transparent red PTEG! I would give 5 stars, but. It is a bit stringy at Temps that give good layer adhesion, and absorbs water from the air like a sponge. Got 2 days of printing out of it before it became glass like brittle. PTEG always is a pain, but oven drying at 170 degrees ruined the remainder of the roll. First time PTEG has done that to me.Beautiful product that prints well dry. You will want to keep this one in a dryer to keep it working well.

Pros
  • The filament has a low odor and won't emit any harmful fumes during printing
Cons
  • The filament may have a shorter shelf life than other brands, making it less cost-effective in the long run

Prints perfect, little to no stringing and the color is .

Received this roll of PETG today, all I can say is wow! Prints perfect, little to no stringing and the color is wonderful! I am always nervous straying from my normal brands but I am sure glade I did. Most of what I print requires tight tolerances as I am using items in multipart assemblies. PETG as become my fork material and now I have found a extremely well made product I can rely on. I am including a few items I printed today, all are straight off the printer with no clean up. The Rex model

Pros
  • The filament is compatible with most 3D printers that use 1.75mm sized spools
Cons
  • The filament may be prone to breaking or snapping during use, causing printing to stop in the middle of a project

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Surprised with the quality.

I purchased this filament despite the other negative feedback and this filament turned out to work just fine.Printed perfectly out of the bag with basically no modification from my PLA print settings (only bumped the extruder temp up to 235).PETG is fairly hydroscopic so it will absorb moisture out of the air over the course of a few days. I ended up getting 3-4 days worth of printing out of this roll before I had to dry it.Please note: I attempted to dry this filament at 180F in the oven for 4

Pros
  • Add 20 degrees to both bed and extruder, 220 and 70.
Cons
  • The packaging is not environmentally friendly and contains a lot of plastic

Easy PETG printing, made EASY!

I was actually intimidated by some of the PET and variants due to the painful first-timer experiences and reviews. I bought this 'el-cheapo' spool and wow am I amazed at how well my very first PETG print went. If I didn't already have tons of PLA & ABS in various colors, I'd be using this YOYI PETG almost exclusively. A very strong understanding of your printer and slicer settings is kindof important, as is some idea of how and where heat builds up around your hotend, what to cool (heatsink)…

Pros
  • With a weight of 2.2lbs (1kg), you can print a significant amount of objects without worrying about running out of filament
Cons
  • The filament may not be as strong or sturdy as other brands, causing printed objects to be less durable

Revainrating 5 out of 5

INEXPENSIVE yet performs along side $$$$ filaments.

It is a great filament, honestly! As another stated, there is a large difference between CHEAP and INEXPENSIVE, this is not by any means a CHEAP product, it just doesn't cost a ridiculous amount but performs along side those that do. I have used it for "pretty" pieces as well as parts that I NEED to be sturdy. I went through this Kg a lot faster than i expected which says a lot. I was basically was looking for excuses to print with it because it is such an attractive color and so easy to print…

Pros
  • YOYI's filament is trusted by consumers and professionals alike, attesting to its reliability and quality
Cons
  • The filament may not have the same range of colors as other brands, limiting its appeal for some consumers

Fantastic PETG -- especially for the price!

Quick summary: this stuff is great.First off, I do a ton of printing and have tried many different brands and type of filaments. PLA is one of those filaments where even the worst filaments you can still usually make work for rough prints, prototypes, or stuff where looks aren't important, but PETG. not so much. I have tried lots of different PETG's and the bad stuff is essentially unusable, with most of the brands I have tried tending toward the mid-range, which means you can use them but you…

Pros
  • Print Suggestion
Cons
  • The filament may have a strong odor that is unpleasant to some consumers

The stuff is great, absolutely beautiful. However it is PETG and it is stringy and took me a long while to tweak a lot of settings to get this thing to print right. I had the most success printing at speeds of 30mm/s and at 240C. It is strong, great layer adhesion and looks great, just be warned if you never printed with PETG before, it takes patience to get it right. (manufacturer recommends 250-275C printed up to 60mm/s) I don't recommend those speeds, itll just make a mess and will fail your

Pros

Cons
  • The filament may require special settings or adjustments to achieve optimal printing results

Got the wrong filament with the right color.

I'm giving it 4 stars because I didn't realize that I was sent TPU instead of PETG. If I could give 4.5 stars I would because at first I was mad as I was unsure if I could even print with TPU, but everything turned out really well and I'm pretty happy with it. So I consider this a happy accident.

Pros
  • The filament is lightweight and won't add any significant weight to your printed objects
Cons
  • The filament may clog the 3D printer nozzle more easily than other brands, requiring frequent cleaning

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent Quality! on my review.

This material took some dialing in. I'm getting really nice looking prints at a speed of 40mm/s. Nozzle temp set at 230 and bed at 70. Using glue stick for adhesion. With a cone for supports and 4mm offset the supports come right off. This material is awesome. It's a bit pricey compared to other brands but it does look amazing when dialed in. At lower temps I was getting poor layer adhesion and at higher temps a lot of stringing. Most definitely will be buying again.

Pros
  • The filament is compatible with most slicing software, which makes it easy to customize prints to your liking
Cons
  • The filament may produce toxic fumes during printing, leading to health concerns

This is good filament!

I had the best results printing at around 240-250C with this stuff with a bed temp of nearly 70-75C. I'm currently printing on glass with an MKS 1.4 converted Monoprice v2 select. This filament is good quality. For a stress test I printed a few thinner parts to see if it was brittle or if it'd indeed hold up to some flex. The stuff bent in half (no cracking and no delamination!) before anything, I couldn't even snap the stuff in half.I used it to print out some marker lights for a car project…

Pros
  • The filament is easy to handle and won't cause jams or clogs in your 3D printer
Cons
  • The filament may not be compatible with some 3D printer software, making it difficult to use

Consistent diameter, no bubbles, cracks, or flaws. I have purchased a few spools of this filament. The filament itself is great! It produces pristine prints all the way through the roll!. Watch your machine and spool though. This filament was NOT tangled but it DID have a place that filament was jammed down the side of the spool. Meaning the filament was trapped between the properly spooled filament and the side of the roll in one place. This caused the spool to pull out of the spool holder and

Color is great but the print was even better.

Prints like all filament should! The color is great too. A ruby looking color. Would make some perfect ruby slippers. ;). After trying a few different settings things were dialed in for me at 250 extruder and 70 at the bed. .3 height was my ideal setting. Printing with an E3d v6 (authentic)with a .4 nozzle and a z-hop of .15 produced perfect prints every time. Goodbye PLA and stinky ABS ;)Oh, the small blemishes in the pic aren't zits, but left over water after I checked it for leaks. Yes, it…

Pros
  • The filament is resistant to water and chemicals, making it suitable for printing outdoor and industrial items
Cons
  • The filament may not be suitable for all types of projects, limiting its versatility

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good, but not the easiest to work with

The Green filament can deliver good print quality with unexpectedly strong prints. This stuff will bend and stretch before breaking and it is very strong. First layer adhesion is critical and very difficult. This will not print easily on a stock monoprice maker select v2, but it prints well with a modified fan and a very well leveled bed. My best results are with .3mm first layer at 225C with a 67C bed, 40% cooling. Other layers 235C with a 65C bed, 100% cooling. You do not want the nozzle too…

Pros
  • The filament is strong and durable, making it perfect for functional objects and prototypes
Cons
  • The filament may not be suitable for outdoor use due to its sensitivity to temperature and moisture

Printed ok, but it did pop and bubble often most of the way through the spool, combined with the tendency to string and burn on the nozzle it was hard to get very clear results even with low speed and high temperature settings. Still really enjoyed printing semi-transparent objects with the stuff. Also great for thoroughly cleaning out the nozzle using the cold-pull method. It's true it helps to sort of "lay" the first layer down at a slightly higher nozzle height than normal. Sticks to

Pros
  • The filament's strength makes it ideal for replacement parts and repairs
Cons
  • The filament may not have the same consistency as other brands, leading to inconsistency in printing quality

They shipped the filament in it's original box which is flimsy. So it arrived busted up and the seal was either broken or just poorly done. I knew it was going to have a lot of moisture so dried it for 8 hours first. Didn't quite get all the moisture out but it doesn't have a nice finish compared to other translucent brands I've used. However, the adhesion with the filament is super. You'll need to use a glue stick or something otherwise your build plate will just become a base for whatever it…

Pros
  • The PETG material used in the filament is food-safe and can be used to print kitchenware and utensils
Cons
  • The filament may not be suitable for printing large objects due to its tendency to warp or shrink

Clean and accurate filament

This worked so well that it's now my main filament to use for most printing. The diameter is consistent at 1.75mm and I used a whole spool without any clogs. It's a very fluorescent kinda transparent green and can make a nice surface finish that looks glassy with a well calibrated printer and experimenting with different speeds and temps.Resists warping pretty well, although for me it prefers hotter settings on an ender 3.Nozzle at 235C for the first layer on a glass bed at 75C and 230C with the…

Pros
  • Professional Packaging&Vacuumed Sealed
Cons
  • The filament may require more heat than other brands, causing the 3D printer to work harder

I've been 3D printing for about three years and currently own and operate three 3D printers and I have extensive experience printing with PLA, PETG, and moderate experience printing with TPU.That being said, I've printed with PETG mostly from eSun, and while their PETG filaments do print well, it takes some moderate experimentation to dial in the proper settings. Not the case with this YOYI filament. Whether it's running through the 0.4 mm nozzles of my BIBO Touch 2 or Flashforge Creator Pro, or

Pros
  • High Print Quality
Cons
  • The filament may clog the 3D printer nozzle, causing issues with printing quality

Low price PETG filament that surpassed my expectations.

I saw the YOYI PETG filament and though I would give it a try. My initial impression when I received the filament was that the packaging and spool were a little cheaper and more flimsy than the other makes of PETG filament. The spooling also seemed a little more sloppy. After printing with the material I was very happy with the results as the strength and look of the prints were very similar to the other PETG filaments I have tried in the past. So far I haven't had any issues with printing. I…

Pros
  • The filament can be painted and coated without compromising its structural integrity
Cons
  • The filament may produce a lot of excess waste during printing, leading to environmental concerns
