I was on a 3 week trip to the Middle East and didn't want to take tons of clothes so I used this to do laundry in the middle of my trip. Everything was washed perfectly, the laundry was softened, there was no static electricity. I'm allergic to perfume and even if I'm allergic the smell is extremely minimal and didn't bother me at all. It also worked because I was traveling in the desert and my clothes were dirty - I didn't want to lug around sticky clothes for 2 weeks anymore! I used to carry laundry detergent and dryer sheets, but I was always annoyed that I couldn't carry fabric softener. Well I shouldn't be without it. I folded a few sheets into a ziplock bag and put it in my suitcase - which is great if you don't have to worry about liquids bursting in your suitcase. Ideal.
