These mats are great for a home gym.
Good quality, easy to put together. They can be disassembled and reconfigured easily. Good thickness for floor work. A little too thick to use under a treadmill (use thinner equipment mats). They made my treadmill struggle a little when it inclined, so I took them out from under it. They are fine under my bike and elliptical. Good quality, easy to clean, good value.

- The tiles may not be very durable against abrasions
