Great mat for your home gym!

I liked the idea of having a little extra padding than the thinner 3/8" mats that I started with, but I was concerned that my equipment might sink more into this thicker 3/4" mat. I took a chance anyway and bought these - I'm glad I did! The foam is a dense closed cell so my equipment doesn't sink into it even as much as with the thinner mats, and while firm the mat certainly does a better job of providing a cushioned surface. Also since it's in my attached but unheated garage it does a great…

Pros
  • I love the thickness and how it’s made my workout room complete.
Cons
  • The tiles are difficult to assemble and disassemble

Good for the value but not perfect

I really like these. They work the way I intended them to.I would highly suggest getting some mat tape to put underneath, since I could tell these would pull apart over time if I didn't have it.Most everything lined up really well. You get more side pieces than you need so if you've got a weird setup, you can rest easy that you won't be missing any pieces. The foam is nice and thick which feels good under my feet and is great for exercising with your hands and knees (which is why I bought it)…

Pros
  • Multi-purpose Workout Mat - Waterproof, easy to clean with water and soap. This interlocking EVA foam floor tiles fit seamlessly, noise-reducing, shock absorption, great for home gym, yoga, fitness, workout machines, garages coverage or children’s play areas or floor decoration. It is also great as a treadmill mat
Cons
  • The tiles may not be very comfortable for extended use

Fantastic new garage flooring!

I have previously had 1/2" padded flooring like this, but the 3/4" is SOOOO much better, damn! I feel like I could sleep on it, even when I walk on it. They lock well together, ect. The other ones I've had, had "antimicrobial properties" to them, so I dunno if the same holds true, I didn't see anything on the packaging or inserts. Hopefully the garage gym gets good use out of them :)

Pros
  • Good quality, easy to assemble in just minutes, and nice cushion
Cons
  • The tiles are not durable and may wear out quickly

In the name of the father son holy ghost God-bless you

What I liked was the thickness was very nice durable what I didn't like did not understand I think there should have been 4 more square feet to make a perfect square so it should have been an even 100 square feet you put all the pieces together and it looks like there's 2 by 2' missing in the corner 100 sq.ft. would have been perfect I use it for my Smith machine I got on top of it, 10 to50 pound dumbbells with rack. In a 11 by 11' gym in my house and it's perfect otherwise farass…

Pros
  • Easy to move around and assemble how you want. Great for my home gym!
Cons
  • The tiles may not be ideal for larger workout spaces

Tiles on time good for me

Tiles were easy to assemble, align and put in place. Would suggest using double sticky tape to secure in place. Excellent price for package but make sure to have the right dimensions for each package is for a 96 sq ft space or less. If your space is more than the square foot mentioned they do not sell lesser size packages. Therefore, be sure what you need and be sure that the tiles are excellent on a concrete floor.

Pros
  • Not that easy to assemble. The edges are more difficult to put together than they should be.
Cons
  • The tiles are not adjustable and can be too thick or thin for some users

Not Heavy, Will slip on smooth surface

I wish I had known they were so light-weight. That being said, they are great to work out on, seems to be durable "enough" for doing body-weight stuff. I think weights would tear this up in a jiffy. I put these on concrete so here's my advice: If you buy these, but double-sided tape at the same time. I did this and now they won't move around.Three stars is kind of harsh, maybe, but having a 10x10 mat where you have to worry about face-planting from the floor slipping out from under you was a…

Pros
  • Looks really good on my gym floor. Easy to put together. Best price I’ve found on these this thick.
Cons
  • The tiles may break or crack easily

Surprised by the quality of the mat and how easy the pieces fit together. The fact that these are 3/4 in thick makes a huge difference in the quality and after 1 month they appear to be holding up quite well. My weight bench is very heavy and there are no indentions in the surface of the mats plus I've dropped the 50lb dumbbells on the mats with no damage so far. As you can see in the pics the flooring can be configured to fit your workout area and the coverage in the pic is 12' x 16'. The…

Cons
  • The tiles may be too heavy for some users to carry

Little holes from my dogs walking on them.

The mats are awesome. They keep the basement warmer, which i didnt even expect. And the cushion they provide is exactly what i needed. My complaint resides in the durability. My dogs walked on the mat once and there are already little holes in some of the squares. Its not like i dont clip their nails either. Im a bit disappointed as theyre supposed to be durable enough for gym equipment, much less a dog.

Pros
  • ‎0.88 Kilograms
Cons
  • The tiles may have an uneven surface, causing instability during use

Can be used as flooring for pets as well

I'm using these as flooring for my pet bunnies. Very thick foam and soft on their feet. Also a great insulator from the cold tile flooring underneath.

Pros
  • Easy to Assemble - The gym floor for garage and exercise room can be connected and disassembled easily. The foam mats provide a non-toxic and soft floor padding solution for your gym fitness exercise space and safe crawling pads in playrooms for infants, toddlers and kids of all ages
Cons
  • The tiles may not provide enough support for users with back pain

Strong product, easy to install and clean.

Very happy with this product. I put a multi functional home gym unit on it with 600 pound weight stack and the weight of the unit itself. Then I climbed on the unit (170lb). it didn't sink or mark. I put two squares under it to be safe, but I don't think it was necessary. Just do the common sense things - don't drop your sharp knife on it :). So if the pressure on it distributed, it is fine. But if the pressure is focused, it will be cut. It is easy to clean. It was easy to install. I was…

Great for home gyms!

This product exceeded my expectations! The mats are very thick and great to do floor exercises on. Easy to put together and wipe clean! Very happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone who's making a room or garage in to a home gym now, like we are!

Pros
  • 24 Tiles Covers 96 SQ.FT. - Each interlocking gym mat measures 24"L x 24"W x 1/2" thickness – thick from the highest point of the texture. Include 24 tiles and 48 borders. Covers 96 SQ.FT. Each tile comes with 2 borders, the edges can be easily removed and attached to other mats of the same style. Provide large comfortable and soft area
Cons
  • The tiles may not be very slip-resistant

Good exercise mat: my feedback

The pattern doesn’t really match up. Plus the black color really shows up dust. However these issues aren’t particularly bothersome to me since my set up is for a basement storage space converted to a home gym. The additional thickness is great for heavy equipment and dropping weight though I’ve noticed when moving around the heavier equipment that indentations do remain in the mat. I haven’t had any issues with the seams even whilst doing HIIT workouts. I will be duct taping the underside of…

Pros
  • Exercise Equipment Mats
Cons
  • The tiles may not be suitable for users with sensitive skin

Great value on my review.

Came as expected and I feel its a great value. Only reason for knock to 4 stars is im a very big guy (6’4”) and 290lbs and when trying to do planks, pushups, or anything that involves lateral pressure on the floor it will buckle upward at the joints as it slides on the concrete floor below. This may be rectified by putting a matt or carpet pad underneath. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning. I still feel its an excellent value especially after seeing 16 sq ft packs at sporting stores around me

Pros
  • So far love the feel, put it down for my basement gym...great price
Cons
  • The tiles may not be compatible with other similar products

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Garbage. Immitation of something good, but total garbage.

It's nothing more than black molded packing peanuts. It's soft and tears easily. If you put heavy equipment on it, it crushes it, but at the same time provides no support. My elliptical feels like it will topple over and rocks and sways. Even the pattern isn't consistent on the tiles. It is skewed and irregular. They charge you to deliver it and charge you to return it. That should have been the warning. GARBAGE. GARBAGE! GARBAGE! GARBAGE! BTW If you are looking at the exercise mat material at…

Pros
  • work well. i wish there was a way to keep them from separating .
Cons
  • The tiles are not water-resistant and may absorb moisture

These are great good for me

We needed a cheap flooring option after converting part of our basement to a home gym. This stuff is great. I had them placed, connected and ready to go in no time flat. They’re easy to clean too. I was able to get shoeprints off with a once-over using a regular shop wipe. I’m barefoot for a lot of weight training and these are very comfortable to move around on. They’re also the perfect thickness to absorb the shock of dropped plates or dumbbells. They definitely helped turn a drab and…

Pros
  • Really good soft mat for the money. We like it a lot
Cons
  • The tiles may have an unattractive appearance

So far good - my new review

I use these every week for doing my marshal arts for about 6 months now still like new but they do tend to slide on the tile floor

Pros
  • I had a plate to fall on it and it cut straight through.
Cons
  • The tiles may not stay in place during exercises

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Good flooring but no traction

We bought these tiles to protect a hardwood floor for a bedroom turned into a home gym. The tiles are easy to put together and are imprinted on both sides of the tile. My only gripe is that even wearing shoes, they do not provide traction to properly stretch or plank. I've tried 3 different types of shoes and they all slip on the tiles. You have to use a yoga mat or something similar to provide the proper traction. Since we are walking in these tiles with bike shoes, they do leave impressions…

Pros
  • ‎1/2''- 24 pack- 96 sq.ft
Cons
  • The tiles may not have enough traction for certain exercises

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Simple, easy and looks great.

Super easy to set up. Like the fact that it protects the floor and my weights. Floor is firm. But not too hard and not too soft.

Pros
  • Can be customized to fit any room size or shape
Cons
  • The tiles may not be suitable for workouts that involve jumping

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I’d buy more. best in my review

These were not easy to assemble. Thanks for attention. We couldn’t make sense of how the fit, have weird nubs sticking out here and there.

Pros
  • Sports & Outdoors
Cons
  • The tiles may not be suitable for users with pets

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Nice and thick: my feedback

These mats are thick, fit together well and seem to be somewhat durable. The tiles do slide on both hard floors and carpeting. You will definitely need to tape tiles together with mat tape and then tape mat down to flooring. One tile was defective and I have contacted Zeny. I will update my review with their customer service response.

Pros
  • ‎24 tiles exercise mat
Cons
  • The tiles may not be very durable for heavy usage
