Very happy with this product. I put a multi functional home gym unit on it with 600 pound weight stack and the weight of the unit itself. Then I climbed on the unit (170lb). it didn't sink or mark. I put two squares under it to be safe, but I don't think it was necessary. Just do the common sense things - don't drop your sharp knife on it :). So if the pressure on it distributed, it is fine. But if the pressure is focused, it will be cut. It is easy to clean. It was easy to install. I was debating between 1" and 3/4" - went with 3/4" It was just perfect. Bottom line is I really like it.
