I wish I had known they were so light-weight. That being said, they are great to work out on, seems to be durable "enough" for doing body-weight stuff. I think weights would tear this up in a jiffy. I put these on concrete so here's my advice: If you buy these, but double-sided tape at the same time. I did this and now they won't move around.Three stars is kind of harsh, maybe, but having a 10x10 mat where you have to worry about face-planting from the floor slipping out from under you was a real annoyance before the double-sided tape.
