I love wearing them many days a week. They are black (which is what I chose) and other shoes in this style are not as comfortable as these. They have support, are well made and look great. They tie with laces and I prefer socks, but I still like them better. The upper is made of soft, textured materials that make them flexible. The sole is also very comfortable. I play golf several times a week. I often need these shoes in the park because we have to climb a few steps while playing. I have problems with my legs. One of the problems is from toe surgery, another is from working in cheap shoes for too many years, and the third is from wearing a shoe for 6 months and trying to heal the fracture properly. The boot overcorrected the angle in my foot/ankle. That's why it's important to me that the shoes fit me without me noticing too much that I'm wearing the shoes. It is used frequently. I've been working on my feet for 40 years, walking through huge amusement parks or hiking for fun on vacation. Now I can walk and run after losing weight in 4 months.
