Like the others, I was skeptical. Like others - I was very pleased and surprised. Read the reviews - many (oh so many) of us have spent hundreds of dollars and have loads and loads of pillows that promise support and a good night's sleep. We were always disappointed. This is light, soft and yet durable. It's like a marshmallow. It weighs almost nothing. It can be practically flattened between the fingers. I didn't think he would support me like that. But it's rock solid. I turned it over so it was flat. That's the right height for my shoulders. The pain in the neck is greatly reduced and the numbness in the arm is gone due to the accumulated muscles. It hugs the neck and head like nothing else. Very happy. I just want it to come in a king size.
