"Excellent help. The package was delivered to the post office one day after the requested delivery date. At first, I avoided ordering with flexible departure dates because I always left the following day. The chat operator was convincing when he pointed out that the site's delivery policies prevented either of my requested actions (extending the storage term or returning the money). Once again, a deadline was set at the time of ordering. They said they would give back all but the shipping fees.
