I really like these reading glasses. I use a lot of different strength reading glasses. And these are a strength I would use for a little bit closer up work. I like that these are attractive looking but sturdy.The glasses are are strong plastic, and have nice decorative rhinestones on the front. They have spring hinges so they just feel like they're going to last a little longer than some of the cheaper reading glasses that I've had.The color it's sort of a real dark purple almost black. Behind the front of the glasses is a transparent pink looking color which sort of brings out the purple. They're really nice looking and comfortable to wear. The rhinestones don't make them overly sparkly. I would say they are understated.The thing I like best about these glasses is that the lenses are clear. So many of these reading glasses today have blue blocking coatings, which I guess a lot of people like but to me it's disruptive to getting really good vision up close. I prefer a lens that has no coating on it and these definitely do not.I'm really happy with these glasses and feel they will last a long time.Thanks for reading my reviewBecky Brooks
