The flange on the wiper blade that should fit into the groove on the wiper arm is too short to make good contact with the rail. This keeps the wiper blades from snapping when you click the wiper button. They contacted me to find out how to fix the problem, identified the correct wiper blades, arranged for the replacement of the incorrectly sized wiper blades that had been sent in, and shipped the correct wiper blades to me as quickly as possible. The new wiper blades fit perfectly and work the same as the original blades that are being replaced. Kudos to BMA Parts - their excellent customer service is unusual these days.
