Quality control and design issues

I've driven around the block putting things together several times and I know how it's supposed to work. First, the main joints that you screw in to hold everything together are screwed into what appear to be plastic fasteners in the wood. As a result, they wobble and it was not possible to tell when you had screwed them in completely. Also, there was paint and dirt in those holes that I had to clean out before I even started screwing them in. twist to secure them, they are misaligned and the screw extensions just flex when you try to tighten them. I couldn't tighten them all to be sure they would stay together. When I screwed the doors on, all the screws in that slot (8) were missing, there was a package that said "Extra Parts". " and I found some brass screws in there but couldn't finish because they were missing. I was able to put in enough of them to see that the doors end in a small gap. The hinges must either be perfect or have adjusters as it felt felt like the pair of brass screws didn't hold up at all until I got the screw almost all the way in. Surprisingly this thing was packaged perfectly everything was packaged and I expected a better experience from the care unfortunately they may have the color before packaging Don't let it dry completely as I have imperfections on the front and top of the unit I do not recommend this item Thank you for reading my review Becky Brooks
