I use these to keep all my vitamins in. I take tons of vitamins and hate all those different sized bottles that have to be pulled out every week to fill my pill box. These handy pouches contain a very large bottle of calcium tablets as well as all of my other large capsules. I just use a marker to mark each bag and now put the bags in a 1 gallon freezer bag instead of shoeboxes with bulky pill bottles that were sometimes too big to cover the top of the shoebox. It's also nice to see what vitamins I'm running out of. I also put all my condiments in these packets as well as my vitamins. It works great too. When you open one of these pockets, open it from the side, not directly in the middle. This will prevent the pouch from tearing as the seal on these small pouches is quite tight.
