RATING UPDATE 11/16/18: Rating changed from 2 stars to 5 stars. It seems that shortly after my negative review on 11/10/18 due to the lack of a silicone watch mount, the support team sent me a replacement charging pad which I received yesterday. I have not received a reply or message that I have received a replacement but it was a pleasant surprise when I received it and it is nice to know that the seller went as far as sending a complete replacement stand. The charging station was already a very good product and now it's good to know that the customer service is just as good! ORIGINAL REVIEW: This is my 3rd. Ordering this charging station (last 2 for gifts) so I love this product so much. However, my last order was missing the silicone piece that holds the charging cable for my Apple Watch and keeps the watch in place even while charging. I checked the whole box and couldn't find this silicone part. It was a gift for my son so now I have to go back and buy again and hope the next one doesn't go to waste either. Very frustrating.
