These shoes look great, they can pass as business casual but don't look out of place on the street either. The outsole is great anywhere, indoors or outdoors, wet or dry. I bought a size down based on other reviews and the length is perfect, as is the width, EXCEPT in one particular spot: the inside of the arch is so narrow that I'm actually standing on the sidewall of the shoe, not the bottom. It looks more like a defect than a supposed feature, only it's the same on both sides. Also, a few more lace holes closer to the toe (at least on the larger sizes) would have helped create a more customized fit and not make the foot as long. If it weren't for the arch, this would be the perfect shoe. , but standing at the transition between sole and side is uncomfortable and does not add to the durability of the shoe.
