feels great on my lips. Feels oily, like petroleum jelly, but not as thick. I like that all the ingredients are natural and there are no harsh chemicals. The product itself smells very sweet, mostly grapefruit, but also has a slight earthy smell which I assume is from the rosemary extract. I didn't think it really looked like anything so it just smells amazing! And the packaging is so cute! I couldn't resist the driver in front of me. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who has really dry lips and needs a lot of hydration!
