hard and maybe not strong
I think the hole pad is synthetic leather or soft plastic. I think it wears out quickly. It was also difficult to get the group to stand guard. It came with a spring bar tool, but even with the professional spring bar tool I already have, applying the tape was a problem. I will be replacing this strap with a Zulu nylon strap which will allow me to change straps quickly. You will also be more comfortable.
