I'm usually a size down (5ft 5in, 130lbs) but this shirt is big enough to order an XS , but even that is too much roomy. However, nobody wants a tight or constricting field shirt, so the XS works well for me. Breathable, dries quickly, easy to clean (beige shirt looked rough after two days of hiking in the African jungle - complete with Mud covered, some blood (was scraped off) and plant stains! - but a quick hand wash in the sink with soap and all the stains are gone).
