Review on Honeywell Belmar 52-Inch Outdoor Ceiling Fan: Damp 🍃 Rated Blades, Bronze Exterior – Perfect for Outdoor Spaces! by Brandon Bugg

Excellent fan with a much higher CFM rating than similarly priced fans in major stores. I used this fan on a screened in porch to replace a smaller fan with dangling blades and peeling paint that didn't appear to have been rated for outdoor use in wet conditions. I used the short rail included in the kit which provided 11.5" from the ceiling to the bottom of the fan blades (the switch housing was 0.5" lower). The instructions are easy to understand and there were no problems installing it. The motor is super powerful, very quiet, the label says 70 watts, although the packaging says 56.4 watts. The 5070cfm airflow is strong enough for outdoor use in hot weather and the fan does not vibrate. When the weather is cooler, moderate or low speeds are likely to be quite comfortable. Overall I am very happy with this Honeywell International branded product made in China (aren't most?). Hong Kong Electric Appliance Manufacturing Co.Ltd. offers a limited lifetime warranty on this fan.
