Review on KEEPOW by Christopher Yap

Because I'm an adept at doing things myself around the house, I only use high-quality materials. Unfortunately, my interactions with KEEPOW's customer care have left me feeling let down and frustrated. The lack of support I received when attempting to fix an issue was extremely annoying, despite the possibility that their items are of a high quality. Due to the reps' lack of responsiveness and inability to provide any assistance, I was forced to find a solution to the issue on my own. In addition, the website was difficult to navigate, which made it tough for me to identify the particular components that I required. My time spent with KEEPOW left me with an overall sense of dissatisfaction that I cannot shake. As a dedicated patron, I have high hopes that they will make the necessary changes to strengthen both their customer service and their website in the next years.
