my son is 9 years old slim kid and size 2 is perfect now, they may sound good but i mean they fit perfectly where his toes are on the edge of the sandal personally i prefer them a little bigger so kids have time to grow up in them. Other size 2 sandals will fit as I would like them to be a bit smaller. I recommend buying a size up for your child or taking a picture with what you get good material although it's durable and comfortable it doesn't look cheap and doesn't feel cheap
