I really like this cover. I like the size and quality of the materials. I particularly like the inner material that holds the memory cards. But the case isn't waterproof at all. The case is actually designed to compress at the hinge as it closes, so there's tension holding the latch when it snaps into place. There is no gasket or any attempt to seal the interior from water. I took my bag and dipped it a few inches in the water in the sink and it only took about 5 seconds for the water to get into the memory card slots. I'll keep the case as my regular card case for now. But I will never use this case camping.
