Review on 🍵 ARRADEN Travel Infuser Strainer with Holder by Damien Krzywicki

UPDATED: I've had this for a few days now and downgraded my rating from a 3 to a 1. This mug is NOT worth keeping the drink hot. Within a few minutes, the inside is at best lukewarm and the outside unexpectedly hot. Did they put the wrong stuff in? Why would they make a tea/coffee mug that won't keep them hot/warm for a long time? A regular coffee cup works better. Can't believe there aren't more reviews complaining about this unless they tend to drink tea for 5 minutes. I will give goodwill and buy something else. I like the cup idea, but unfortunately my tea gets cold faster than I would like. This might have been a bad guess on my part, I was expecting it to be more like a thermos and had to do a little more research, the design and lid led me to believe it was made for that purpose. I thought it would be a step up over a regular coffee/tea mug in that sense, especially since I keep the lid closed, but it seems to be cooling at the same rate, so it's not a problem, just unexpected. Oddly enough, even after my tea has cooled a bit, the outside of the mug stays quite hot, giving the impression that the liquid is hot too. All in all it's not a bad mug, I like that the lid doubles as a tea bag/tea bag holder or as a coaster and I like the leak proof mug lid and overall it's functional. Unless you expected it to keep your coffee/tea very hot like a thermos, I would recommend it.
