One week later, I noticed that one of the headphones' charge levels was always at 1%, even though it charged and functioned similarly to the other. I called customer service and sent the device to the service; everything was fine. Instead of taking the claimed 20 minutes to diagnose, it took 40 minutes to find scratches. As a result, the case is not warrantable! And don't give a damn if it works; just get a new one! Despite the fact that the earpiece is obviously not the issue! (The charger stopped charging after two weeks!) Great quality and a top-notch service facility! I don't suggest it to anyone! Also, their official website does not feature any bad reviews! Only remorse! Horror!
