Review on Huawei Freebuds Pro MermaidTWS with Active Noise Cancellation - Ceramic White by Vinay Sornsri ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I expected mediocre quality, but it was a pleasant surprise.

At the end, I don't know what to say. As a consumer product, I absolutely adore headphones. It is an incredible rush to listen to music in them, motions, when utilized, have become quite convenient, and the program is functional. The problem that I'm having is really unusual. The customer service center reported that they had never experienced anything like this before. But, if you put on the noise reduction and hear a hiss in one of the headphones, and they tell you that this is because of the wind, the firmware, or something else, do not trust them: this is a marriage. You should get a replacement by going to a service center. The customer support center in St. Petersburg functions on time without fail. To tell you the truth, I decided not to go there not only due to the fact that I am inherently lazy, but also because I did not want to lend out the device for a few days due to the fact that I frequently wear headphones. Yet, in forty minutes they were able to find a solution. The quality of their job exceeded my expectations. It is not worth your time to talk with support on the official Huawei website because it is a full and utter bottom. There are people in the conversation who don't understand how their products function, yet they continue to offer the responses that they are expected to give in a professional setting. They operate in accordance with predetermined scripts; for example, when asked a question, they will simply find the time to provide an answer that formally satisfies the requirements of their task. The objective is not to assist you in any way; rather, it is to fast beat you off so that you either respond with "thank you, I'll go do it" and then fall off, or "fall off" in a minute without having the opportunity to respond to "are you still here?" If the second scenario played out, the discussion will begin once more, and you will be required to respond to the same series of pointless questions. Don't squander your time trying to reason with them. It is unfortunate that Huawei is not making efforts to improve in this particular area. Take away one star because of that. The item has met all of my expectations, and I have no hesitation in recommending it to others. I really hope this is the final question about the book:).

Pros
  • Extremely excellent quality, fantastic acoustic performance. The experience of listening to music with these headphones is quite enjoyable. Lungs. Compact. The color silver is exquisite in its own right. Chargers that are wireless. Gesture control is convenient.
Cons
  • The only significant shortcoming is the customer support offered through the Huawei website. This is the third and final part of my review, and in it I will endeavor to summarize the primary aspects of the issue as well as the potential solutions. It's possible that users who've experienced anything similar will find this information helpful. Hissing sounds could be heard clearly in the right earpiece whenever the noise reduction feature was activated (similar to the hiss of a receiver that does not find a radio wave). The issue was that the noise did not always manifest itself; for example, I may go a week while walking with typical noise reduction and not experience any extraneous noise, but then the noise would reappear. After being asked a number of questions regarding the device's serial number, the fact that the headphones were updated to the most recent version, the nature of the noise, and the time it first appeared, I was given the recommendation to untie the headphones by pressing the reset button. This was after the support service on the official Huawei website had already asked me a number of questions regarding the device's serial number. In response to the query, "what will it give?" - just a restatement of this advise (after all, untying the headphones does not return the device's firmware to its original, more basic form). Naturally, restarting the ears did not resolve the issue, so I removed the AI Life program and reinstalled it. As a consequence of this, the issue went away for a week but reappeared after that period of time. A comment came from Huawei in response to this review at the same time, saying that the hissing is caused by the wind on the street. However, this comment was pointless because the hissing occurred everywhere (on the street, at home, and so on), and it was only in the right earpiece. I was finally able to get through to the Huawei service center and asked for a specialist consultation. I didn't want to go to them in a panic because I believed that the issue was really with the firmware. They assured me that the specialist would call me back, and he did so in a timely manner and provided sound advice. The problem that was stated happens very infrequently, it cannot be fixed by flashing, you will need to go to them, and of course it is preferable that there is a problem when I arrive rather than before. After waiting for the occurrence of the problem that was indicated earlier, I went to the customer service center. They took the headphones with them to perform diagnostics, and forty minutes later, they returned with the headphones, having replaced the right earpiece with a brand new one. Indeed, there was a problem with the right earpiece.
