I used this to elevate my computer desk and turn it into a standing desk. My wife didn't want any of those "ugly" bar tables, those "stilts" were acceptable in design :). I did a little research and found this. I used them to lift a heavy computer desk rather than a folding table. My table has 1 inch square legs, they go into the risers, they are supported by the cross brace of my table. So if anyone wants to do something like this, please rate your situation. It is not very durable, the table wobbles. a bit but I put a heavy stolen/wooden desk in these attachments so a little wobble isn't unexpected and I can comfortably work with dual monitors, laptops etc. The stands themselves are very sturdy. the feet on the risers are really great, i use them on a hardwood floor and am not worried about scratching and the rubber feet keep everything securely in place. Would recommend to anyone who wants to turn a table into a stand table. .
