Bought after positive reviews. I'm happy to add mine to the list. When my husband and I returned from our magical honeymoon in the Maldives, we were in for a truly awful surprise. The outlet that our fridge and freezer was plugged into went out and a horribly smelly and disgusting mess had to be cleaned up. Melted, rotten ice cream all over the freezer, meat, vegetables and fruit. Just a huge incredibly smelly mess that took over an hour to clean up and left us choking on laughing (not crying) waking up in paradise coming home here. After cleaning with every sanitizer and deodorizer we had, the rotten smell has lingered in the freezer ever since. So I bought these fridge deodorants after reading the reviews. It only started working after a few hours. Now it doesn't smell anymore. I'm very glad the reviews were true and I made it on the first try. I saw someone in a review complain about the chlorine smell from deodorant getting into their food. I have not experienced this when using it in our small 2 cu ft freezer and do not smell chlorine or anything new at all. Just no smell. I can't say what it looks like in the fridge.
