Arrived damaged from the factory
After almost fourteen years, colleagues have asked me if I use the headset to make calls and talk "to myself". I finally decided to add an indicator so they know for sure. I have a Plantronics HL10 lift so hooking it up shouldn't be a problem. Needless to say I was beyond thrilled when I unpacked/opened my new turn signal only to find that it was damaged. It was still in a factory sealed plastic bag so I'm at a loss as to how it could have damaged the wire at the factory, but it shipped anyway. Yes, it ๐๐๐๐ works, but I'd rather get what I paid for: a new, ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐๐ฆ๐๐ ๐๐ block.
