It didn't work for me - the monitor blinks.

I've seen some negative reviews and hoped they were isolated cases. Unfortunately, no. My monitor blinked every 5 seconds or so. The rest of the cables worked perfectly. The monitor was only 2560x1440, not 4k. Too bad, because the ergonomics are great - with a separate illuminated control box.
