I received this item YESTERDAY! My CP is terrible, and I haven't left the house many times this summer due to recent outbreaks. In desperation, I tried the product as soon as it arrived. Took a shower then left on skin for a few minutes then washed off. I noticed that my skin reacted the same way it did when swimming in the sea, it tingled a little and the bumps rose to the surface. I reapplied the product before bed but left it on for half an hour and then washed it off. I can't believe my skin this morning! In just one day, this liquid dramatically improved my CP and skin tone! The redness is gone, the pimples have become significantly smaller! Yesterday I wouldn't have dared to go public with open hands! Today is a whole different story! I never take the time to write a review, I'm just too busy. But I felt compelled to reach out to those living with the embarrassment of severe CP. Try it! I hope this works for you too! UPDATE 9/3/17: Lessons learned by KP. I absolutely stand by my previous review. This product definitely clears the surface of my skin quickly, but like most quick-result products, it's temporary and only lasts a few days. I'm buying this today to use in the days leading up to my wedding and I'm sure it will work just fine as always. For long-term daily care, I use products with a combination of AHA/BHA + salicylic acid. Paula's Choice Resist has worked well for me, but there are other products with these active ingredients. I also use chemical peels to remove dead, dry skin from the surface (currently I use Dr. Gross peels/pads for extra firmness but too expensive to continue after my wedding). Salt is ALWAYS in my arsenal when I need to quickly cleanse my skin. , an irreplaceable thing for me!
