So I got the first trolley, assembled it and moved it around the kitchen. I was disappointed that the sides were plastic but decided to give it a try. Within 24 hours it collapsed and was irretrievably broken. Catastrophe! I contacted the seller and they were great at sending a replacement! It arrived within two days. For the second car I made some changes to the build and it works fine! Here's what you need to do: Get a soft-headed rubber mallet. Take a roulette wheel. Place the sticks on one side of the wagon floor, turn it over and level the other side. DO NOT stop there. Now carefully use a rubber mallet to lock the bars securely onto the shelves. It is necessary. Once you've decided it's safe, use a tape measure to make sure you have the same measurements across the shelf. If you don't, go back to hammer work until you do. On to the next shelf. If you do this, the cart will become much stronger and not collapse. I loaded mine and it runs stable. Overall, it's not the most durable cart as the sides are plastic, but it's good enough for my needs (loaded with baking accessories, so it does have some weight). If you use a hammer and a tape measure, the cart will be much better! Also, excellent customer service!
