*EDIT* Crafted Blue responded to my email very quickly and sent me a new set 2 days later: faster than Amazon themselves. Great customer service and the strap is amazing! I don't know what happened but one end didn't fit and the other end fit perfectly between the grommets. It has become straight, not bent for the clock. I cut out the middle but even the corners don't reach the clock. The strap is very comfortable and high quality but I was very disappointed that it came in this form. Would happily change my rating if the bottom strap was fixed.
